Q: Is your Medical Director on-site?
Yes, we are a part of a Medical Center and actually have physicians on site at all times. We are fortunate to have multiple doctors to go to in the event we have a question or concern.
Q: Are these procedures safe?
Yes, while we have all been trained on our procedures and products, there can be post-care instructions we send home with the patients to follow as well. We find if patients are compliant and follow their instructions, we have excellent outcomes.
Q: Is laser hair removal permanent?
While some follicles can be permanently damaged, we also have dormant hair follicles that are not affected throughout the course of someone’s treatments so we always educate our patients to expect about a 75-80% reduction in hair growth after a series of treatments.
Q: What is the difference in “Medical Grade” skincare products?
The skincare product lines we use and recommend are only distributed in a medical facility with the signature of the doctor. The products can have higher levels of active ingredients and therefore are more effective and also can need some specials instructions to ensure they are not too aggressive for patients.

No matter what procedure you are doing, we all continue to age so we like to explain it as turning back the clock, but with the understanding you will need to maintain this improvement with proper at home care as well as maintenance treatments down the road.

The entire staff here is trained in every procedure we perform. We are all Laser Technicians so we can answer any questions you may have over the phone or when your provider may be busy. The Medical Directors along with the Department Manager have established protocols and parameters that allow independence within the treatment room, yet responsibility and accountability to the clinic at the same time.

We operate under the direction of the Physicians right inside the Medical Center so that our Doctors are on site at all times. This is something we take pride in knowing we have medical support to seek out with any questions.
Q: What is the difference in your skincare products from anything else I have tried?
We carry and use what is called “medical grade” skincare which simply means our products can contain a higher level of active ingredient, a higher quality or grade of ingredients than over the counter, along with proven studies to show it really works. Marketing claims can be extremely misleading and we hope to be able to sort through the “buzz” and educate you on what really works and would benefit your concerns.
Q: How long will it take me to get in for an appointment?
If you have daytime availability, we can typically get you in within a week, but if you need an evening appointment, it can take a week or maybe 2. We take pride in keeping our schedules running on time with good availability.
Q: How much time will you spend on my treatment?
Because every treatment is different, appointment times vary, but on average patients are here for an hour for most facial treatments.
Q: Do I have to purchase services in large packages, or do I have the option to pay each visit?
We always offer bundled packages at a special rate to allow our patients to save, but we are more than happy to also accommodate a pay per visit payment structure as well.
